Request for Offering Plan
If you are a member of or a prospective purchaser of or an attorney who represents a member or prospective member of one of the Associations that is managed by Spinnaker Management, L.L.C., who is seeking a copy of the Offering Plan for the Association, please mail or deliver the following to:

All questions should be addressed to our office manager at (845) 895-8122 or OfficeManager@spinnakerusa.com.
- A written request for a copy of the Offering Plan.
- Please include the Association/property name, unit number and/or street address on the request.
- The name and address you would like the same mailed to.
- A check made payable to Spinnaker Management, L.L.C. for the cost of the same. The charge for a copy of the Offering Plan is based on the size of the plan. Please refer to the fee schedule below. The Offering Plan will be mailed via the US Postal Service priority mail. (If you require the Plan to be overnighted, please add $20 to the fee for the cost of the same.)
