Request Offering Plan

If you are a member of, or a prospective purchaser of, or an attorney that represents a member or prospective member of, one of the Associations that is managed by Spinnaker Management, L.L.C., you may request an Offering Plan online by clicking here or by mail.

The charge for a copy of the Offering Plan is based on the size of the plan. Please refer to the fee schedule below. The Offering Plan will be mailed via the US Postal Service priority mail. (If you require the Plan to be overnighted, please add $20 to the fee.)

Fee Schedule

$75 - Arbors, Brookside, Continental Manor II, Crystal Glen, Highland Lake Estates, Maverick Knolls, Meadows, Spring Meadow, Timber Hills

$100 - Cherry Hill II, Cherry Hill III, Highland Park Village, Highview Estates, Village Arms, Woods

$125 - Parr Valley, Riverview, Squire Green/Deerfield Pond

$150 - Dalton Farm
