Request Closing Package

If you are a member of or an attorney who represents a member of one of the Associations that is managed by Spinnaker Management, L.L.C. and require a closing package, please mail or deliver the following to:

For Properties located in New York:

1. A written request for a closing package.
   1. Please include the Association/property name, unit number and/or street address on the request.
2. The 1st page of the contract.
3. The page of the contract that indicates the selling price.
4. The signature page of the contract.
5. A check made payable to Spinnaker Management, L.L.C. for the preparation of the closing package. The fee is $100 if requested two weeks or more prior to the anticipated closing date, and $150 if less than two weeks notice is given.
6. The contact information including name, address, phone number, and fax number for the person who should be receiving the closing package.

For Properties located in South Carolina:

1. A written request for a closing package and a certificate of assessment.
   1. Please include the Association/property name, unit number and/or street address on the request.
2. The 1st page of the contract.
3. The page of the contract that indicates the selling price.
4. The signature page of the contract.
5. A check made payable to Spinnaker Management, L.L.C. for the certificate of assessment. The certificate of assessment fee is $100 if requested two weeks prior to the anticipated closing date, and $150 if less than two weeks notice is given.
6. A check made payable to Courtyard II for the transfer fee. The transfer fee is $100.
7. The contact information including name, address, phone number, and fax number for the person who should be receiving the closing package.
